The beautiful old city of Bern and the Aare (the amazing river) are the two places where I like to relax and where I usually have new ideas.
My name is Ilaria and I’m 21 years old. I was born in Palermo, but I lived in Olbia (Sardinia) and then in Como, since 1999. Then, which of these is my city? Perhaps all three: I got the sun of Sicily, sea of Sardinia and friends in Como.
I completed my studies at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan, choosing Fashion Design because I like expressing my creativity through drawing, searching for new materials and the contemporary society’s study. The lesson more interesting was Digital Design and using the pc for the projects is my best technical skill. So, I think, my best personal quality is precision.
Hello there. My name is Maria Sølvtofte I am 29 years old and I study at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, school of Design.
I love art and design, in particular fashion and textile design. I like painting and taking photos.
Currently I am consumed in an art education with focus on the textile medium. In my workprocess I research all possible expressions within textile, using techniqes like printmaking, weaving and embroidery. I look for combinations and development, resulting in both two and three dimentional work. I also have experience within costume, painting and drawing.
