58 pairs of young undergraduates and graduates in Industrial design (all born between 1981 and 1989) from all over Italy, from Sicily to Veneto, were registered for the contest. In the next few days, the panel made up of Luisa Bocchietto (president of the ADI – Associazione per il Disegno Industriale), Silvana Annicchiarico (Director of the Triennale Design Museum), Rossana Orlandi (art dealer and talent scout), Paola Navone (designer), Piero Lissoni (designer), Gilda Bojardi (director of Interni and Grazia Casa magazines) Livia Peraldo (director of Elle Decor) will be evaluating the designs presented on the website www.designcontest.comon-co.it. On the 15th of July, the eleven pairs that obtain the highest scores will have the opportunity of participating in the comON Design Contest 2010 and working directly with the companies supporting the initiative (ARFLEX, BAXTER, DESALTO, GALLOTTI&RADICE, LEMA, LIMONTA, LIVING DIVANI, MOLTENI&C, OMP PORRO, POLIFORM and TRE P TRE PIU’).
