comON food
New in this year of 2012, comON has brought food officially within its remit, and it has made an entrance that has been nothing short of triumphal. The city will be honoured by the presence of Gualtiero Marchesi, founder of the “nuova cucina italiana” who will take in a group of young people to work with his art and invent 10 recipes dedicated to comON, and making the most of the typical products of the Como region. The promising youngsters will arrive in Italy in mid September and will have the chance to learn from the best restaurants and hotels working in the area.
